致遭水患之客戶

對於泰國此次受水患影響之客戶，我們深感遺憾。若機器設備淹水，請立即聯繫我司代理商或台灣總公司，我們將會盡快派人確認，在此之前，請採取下列權宜措施：

• 請確認機器所有電力已確實移除，在慶鴻相關人員確認前，請勿供給電力。
• 打開電控箱，將內部所有遭浸泡的零件用清水清洗乾淨，並立即乾燥之。
• 打開機台控制箱，將內部所有遭浸泡的零件用清水清洗乾淨，並立即乾燥之。
• 拆除機台板金，將內部所有遭浸泡的機件 ( 螺桿、滑軌…等 ) 用清水清洗乾淨，並立即乾燥之，再用潤滑油擦拭潤滑機器設備。
• 若空調設備可運作，請打開確實乾燥機台。

To the customer caught in the Flood

We sincerely sympathy for everyone who was affected by the Flood of customer relationship in this. If the plant had been submerged, please inform Chmer’s agencies or the headquarter in Taiwan. We will visit to confirm the damage as soon as possible. Until then, please take the following works as a stopgap measure.

• Please be sure that the electricity has been completely detached; do not supply any electricity until confirmation visit by professionally trained CHMER staff.
• Open power cabinet, then wash thoroughly with clean water and let it dry.
• Also, open machine cabinet, then wash submerged parts in it with clean water and let them dry.
• Please disassemble machine sheet metal, then wash submerged mechanical unit ( linear guide, ball screw, etc. ) with clean water. Dry them and apply grease to mechanical unit.
• If air conditioner can operate, please operate it to dry the machine.
